Jorgé Magarino of the Horse Trading & Breeding Company from Belgium has been active in horse sales for almost twenty years. Jorgé has a wide range of horses for sale, from ridden competition horses to talented 2- and 3-year-olds. In the DHT auction, Jorgé will also enter jumpers of various ages.

Jorgé likes to see a sharp, intelligent horse with a good canter, strong hindquarters, and a lot of scope. But even more important he finds the horse's character. "A horse must have a good attitude and rideability and be willing to cooperate with the rider."

The Horse Trading & Breeding Company is still growing due to the large number of satisfied customers from all over the world. Existing customers come back, and new customers find their way to Jorgé. Nevertheless, he likes to participate in Dutch Horse Trading. "I think it is a good initiative to join the forces of trusted horse dealers because together you are stronger. This way, interested buyers have more choice from reliable dealers," says Jorgé. "I think it's crucial that the horse is presented as it is. Potential customers have the opportunity to get in touch with the seller personally and ask the necessary questions. I think this gives an extra incentive to buy a horse in complete confidence."
